Refund policy.

This policy applies to Stoic Player purchases made through the Stoic website.

24-hour refund window

For purchases without a coupon code, you can request a refund within 24 hours of the successful payment. Send the request through Contact from the email address you used at checkout, and include the payment reference from your Dodo Payments receipt.

Coupon purchases

For purchases made on or after 30 September 2026, using any coupon code makes the purchase ineligible for our voluntary 24-hour refund offer. Purchases made before this date remain subject to the policy in effect when they were made. This condition does not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.

What happens next

We confirm the request, verify the payment, and refund it through the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it. The licence key is deactivated on every Mac it was activated on.

After 24 hours

Later requests are reviewed individually. This doesn’t affect rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
